Background information[]
Watershed is the first settlement initiated by the Enclave of it's kind, it's surprising growth and general success has inspired a cascade of minor transforming events for the organization as a whole.

It hosts a large purified water source, fertile land for new forms of agriculture known to the Enclave, and a growing citizenry greatful for the safety, isolation, belonging, and sustenance Watershed has to offer.
