Sandy Valley Ranch is a community in Sandy Valley.
Background[]
The ranch is located on Kingston trail, a dirt road that connects Sandy Valley with I-15. The land, ranch house, and outbuildings are utilized for a maize farming operation. Bighorn sheep are kept in a large pen on the edge of the ranch, and both chickens and dogs roam freely on the property.
Layout[]
Sandy Valley is a few miles northwest of the ranch, and the Sky Ranch Estates landing strip is located to the north on the other side of Kingston trail. There is a residential fortified bunker directly to the east, the inhabitant of which is hostile to those to approach. Another residence is situated to the south, with tall fences surrounding the entirety of the home, but show no signs of hostility.
