Ryan Cooper (born in 2248) is a Caravaneer from Maxson, and found at the Crimson Caravan outpost in the Mojave Wasteland. As of 2284, Ryan is forming a caravan group to head back into NCR and arrive in Hub to trade. In order to do so, Ryan gathers a rag tag group of guards, doctors, and traders to both maintain and protect the caravan as it travels through the Mojave and up the Long 15.
