Not showing up in any records and is only known as a shadow figure he soon got a name for himself after a series of events that occurred when a young girl was kidnapped and the family asked him to help,Resulting in the deaths of over 300 raiders and the 13 council members who led them.Scavengers have reported that the building used as a base for the Raiders called "The Unforgivable" it was in complete flames and standing in front of it wearing what appeared to be a much darker version to be riot gear that seemed even more souped up and tricked out.
