The Four States Commonwealth was one of the thirteen commonwealths of the pre-War United States of America. Created in the mid 21st century, it was comprised of the former states of Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, and borders the Southwest, Northwest, Northern, and Plains Commonwealth.
